1. Shipping costs
All prices include VAT.

Germany: €5.95 – free shipping from €100 order value
EU countries: €14.95 – free shipping from €140 order value
Switzerland & United Kingdom: €19.95 – free shipping from €140 order value
Rest of the world (selected countries): €27.95 – free shipping from €200 order value

The countries we deliver to and the final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

2. Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Hesse) after receipt of payment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: 1–3 working days
- EU: 3–7 working days
- Switzerland & UK: 4–8 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 working days
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs clearance.

3. Carrier and tracking
We ship from Frankfurt am Main with DHL or another reliable parcel service. Every parcel is sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. We do not deliver to DHL Packstations or post office boxes.

5. Customs and import duties
Deliveries within the EU are free of customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, rest of the world), customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply in the destination country. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

6. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report this to the delivery agent if possible and contact us at info@fistukidz.com. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund your payment.
