Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – fistukidz, Proprietor Gil Winzelberg, Holzhausenstr. 76, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, phone +49 (69) 87 00 19 63, email info@fistukidz.com – by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods to fistukidz, Holzhausenstr. 76, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
Condition of returned items
This also applies to sale items. Please return items unworn and unwashed, with all labels and tags still attached, and in the original packaging where applicable (for example shoe boxes). Items returned without labels or original packaging may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications, and it expires early for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
