Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This also applies to sale items.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – fistukidz, Proprietor Gil Winzelberg, Holzhausenstr. 76, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, phone +49 (69) 87 00 19 63, email info@fistukidz.com – by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

Return shipping – at your cost
You must send back the goods to fistukidz, Holzhausenstr. 76, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We do not provide a prepaid return label. Please arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Condition of returned items – labels and tags must stay on
Please try items on only as you would in a shop. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of odours (e.g. perfume, smoke, pets), with ALL original labels and tags still attached, and in the original packaging where applicable (e.g. shoe boxes).
Please do not remove any labels or tags before you are sure you want to keep an item. Items returned without their original labels or tags, or used, washed or damaged, have lost value because they can no longer be sold as new. You are liable for this loss in value, and we will deduct it from your refund – up to the full purchase price if the item can no longer be sold.
You are only liable for loss in value where it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications. It expires early for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

How to return
1. Email info@fistukidz.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Pack the items securely with all labels and tags attached.
3. Send the parcel at your own cost to: fistukidz, Holzhausenstr. 76, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
4. We will check your return and contact you within 48 hours of receiving it. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return the item and place a new order while stock lasts.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@fistukidz.com with your order number and a photo. In this case we will cover the return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
