Thank you for your interest in our online shop. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Below we inform you about how we handle your data.

2. Hosting and access data
Our online shop is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Shopify"). When you visit our shop, access data such as your IP address, date and time of access, pages visited and browser information are processed to operate and secure the shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may also be transferred to Shopify Inc. in Canada and the USA; Canada is recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection, and transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU standard contractual clauses.
3. Orders and customer account
We process the data you provide when placing an order or creating a customer account (e.g. name, address, email, phone, order details) to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Due to commercial and tax retention obligations, order data is stored for up to 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). You can delete your customer account at any time.
4. Transfer of data
Shipping: To deliver your order, we pass your name and address to DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group, Charles-de-Gaulle-Str. 20, 53113 Bonn). If you have consented, we also pass on your email address or phone number so that DHL can notify you about the delivery (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Payment: Depending on the payment method you choose, we pass the necessary payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, or to the payment providers used by Shopify Payments (in particular Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). The respective provider's privacy policy applies.
5. Email newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about our products until you unsubscribe (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by emailing us. Newsletters are sent via Shopify.
6. Cookies
Our shop uses technically necessary cookies to provide the shopping cart and checkout (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG). Other cookies, e.g. for statistics or marketing, are only used with your consent, which you can give or withdraw via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
7. Social media
Our shop contains simple links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. Data is only transferred to these platforms when you click on a link.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. You may object to the use of your data for direct marketing at any time.
