Delivery
We ship from Frankfurt am Main. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs clearance. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK), customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery – including sale items. Please email info@fistukidz.com with your order number and send the items to: fistukidz, Holzhausenstr. 76, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Items should be unworn and unwashed, with all labels and tags attached, and in the original packaging where applicable (e.g. shoe boxes). We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Full details: Cancellation policy.
